Shipping & returns

bluebottle ships using Australia Post and various courier services, meaning your delivery times can vary. Please allow up to one week for delivery on standard service, or 2 - 3 days for express deliveries. 

 

DELIVERY 

Ex stock items generally ship within 1 week.

Out of stock items may take 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation (pending availability). This lead time is indicative only. Following placement of order the lead times will be checked with the supplier and confirmed. The buyer acknowledges that supply is subject to delivery of equipment by the manufacturer and bluebottle cannot be held legally responsible for delays due to manufacturer supply variations and delays in shipping.  

 

FREIGHT

Quoted freight costs are estimates only. The buyer acknowledges that this will be adjusted where necessary.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS / RETURNS  

Custom and Made To Order Items cannot be cancelled. Full Price will be charged.

Cancelled Orders will incur a 30% restocking fee. All returns of goods and the credit allowed upon the return of goods is at the absolute discretion of Bluebottle. 

Any return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. No cash refunds will be issued for any returns.

The Buyer is responsible for all freight and other charges associated with the return of goods to bluebottle.
